115mm ID Hollow Shaft Slip Ring, Multi-circuit Power Transmission for Construction Machinery

DHK115-80 hollow shaft slip ring is engineered with a 115mm large inner diameter and 80 independent circuits, meeting multi-channel synchronous transmission demands for complex rotary equipment. Its oversized central hole allows drive shafts, hydraulic pipelines and wiring to pass through directly for compact assembly.

All contact points adopt wear-resistant precious metal alloy, limiting contact resistance variation below 0.01Ω to eliminate signal distortion and power loss during continuous rotation. Each circuit supports optional 2A/5A/10A rated current, with a withstand voltage of 600V AC/DC, and stable running speed up to 400 RPM.

The integrated aluminum alloy shell delivers strong anti-collision performance, matched with IP51 dustproof & moisture-proof grade. It operates reliably under -30℃ to 80℃ ambient temperature, supporting 24-hour nonstop operation with a service life of tens of millions of rotations.
