DHK117-36 117mm ID 36-Circuit Through Bore Slip Ring for Industrial Rotary Equipment
DHK117-36 high-density hollow shaft slip ring is designed with a 117mm oversized central inner bore and 36 signal & power circuits, meeting multi-channel synchronous transmission needs for complex rotary industrial equipment. The spacious center hole lets drive shafts, hydraulic pipes and cables pass through directly, simplifying mechanical assembly greatly.
It adopts wear-resistant precious metal alloy contact structure, limiting dynamic contact resistance variation below 0.01Ω to eliminate signal distortion and power loss during continuous rotation. Each circuit supports optional 2A/5A/10A rated current, with rated voltage up to 600V AC/DC and reliable insulation performance.
The one-piece aluminum alloy housing provides strong impact resistance, matched with IP51 dust & moisture protection grade. It operates stably at a maximum speed of 400 RPM, with wide temperature adaptability of -30℃~80℃, supporting 24-hour non-stop continuous rotation and tens of millions of rotations service life without regular maintenance.
This slip ring is extensively applied in automated rotary workstations, heavy construction machinery, radar testing instruments, port lifting equipment and large robot rotary joints.
