DHS030-33 Low Noise 30mm OD 33 Circuits Solid Shaft Slip Ring for PTZ & Automation

DHS030-33 is a high-precision compact solid shaft capsule slip ring with 30mm outer diameter and 33 integrated circuits, perfectly designed for space-limited miniature rotary devices. Adopting advanced fiber bundle precious metal brush technology, it realizes multi-point uniform contact with tiny friction torque and extremely low electrical noise.

All contact pairs apply gold-gold plating craft, limiting dynamic resistance variation below 10mΩ to eliminate signal distortion during long-time continuous rotation. Each circuit supports 2A/5A optional rated current, with 1500VAC dielectric strength and insulation resistance over 1000MΩ at 500VDC. It stably runs up to 600 RPM without signal loss or crosstalk.

The integrated lightweight aluminum alloy housing provides great structural rigidity, adapting to -40℃ to +65℃ wide temperature environment and humidity below 70%. It achieves tens of millions rotations service life with zero regular maintenance, greatly lowering equipment operation cost.

Widely applied in PTZ surveillance cameras, mini industrial robots, stage lighting turntables, medical testing instruments and small automated rotating workstations. Custom wire length, circuit current and connector types are available to match diverse rotary power transmission demands.
