Equipped with H62 brass rotor and wear-resistant engineering plastic stator, precious metal contacts ensure dynamic resistance variation less than 10mΩ for stable power output. IP51 dust & drip-proof, working speed up to 50rpm, wide temperature range -30℃~+80℃. Ideal for robotic welding arm, rotary welding fixture and welding positioner, supporting customized lead length and mounting structure.

    This through-hole high-power slip ring is a dedicated rotary power transmission component for automated welding equipment. The standard inner bore size is 25mm, single circuit supports 750A ultra-large current load, which can continuously transmit main welding power during 360° unlimited rotation of welding robotic arms, completely avoid cable twisting, winding and fracture failure caused by frequent reciprocating rotation of robot joints.
