Jiujiang Ingiant Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ingiant Technology”), a National High-Tech Enterprise, officially launched the new DHS078-1-500A cryogenic liquid nitrogen slip ring specially designed for extreme low-temperature scenarios. With an ultra-wide operating temperature range of -196℃ to +80℃, a high rated current of 500A and strict quality control standards, the product breaks through the technical bottleneck of high-end low-temperature slip rings, provides key rotary conduction solutions for aerospace, high-end medical care, low-temperature experimental equipment and other fields, and fills the technical gap in the stable operation of domestic similar models in liquid nitrogen environments.
Core Parameters: A “Stable Transmitter” in Extreme Environments
As the core product developed by Ingiant Technology for low-temperature industrial scenarios, the DHS078-1-500A slip ring has achieved multiple breakthroughs in technical parameters. According to product drawings and technical documents, the slip ring has 1 circuit, a rated current of 500A, a rated voltage covering 0-380V AC/DC, a static resistance value ≤5mΩ, and a dynamic resistance change value ≤1mΩ. It can still maintain extremely low resistance fluctuation at a working speed of 50rpm, ensuring the stability and accuracy of power transmission.
What is more noteworthy is its adaptability to extreme environments — the lower limit of operating temperature reaches -196℃ (the boiling point temperature of liquid nitrogen), and the upper limit reaches +80℃. Combined with an operating humidity tolerance of <70%, it can easily cope with harsh scenarios such as low-temperature laboratories and aerospace low-temperature equipment. In terms of material selection, the product adopts oxygen-free copper as the core structure and nut material, and the overall surface is treated with hard silver plating, taking into account electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance; the bearing part adopts customer-specified ceramic bearings, which further improves the mechanical stability in low-temperature environments and extends the service life.
In addition, the product also optimizes the structural design, adding 4 Ø5mm drain holes to adapt to the fluid drainage needs in low-temperature environments; the linear dimension tolerance strictly follows the GB/T1804 m-level standard, for example, the dimension tolerance of Ø80mm is controlled between -0.01 and -0.05mm, ensuring high-precision adaptation to customer equipment.
Technical Support: Building Product Strength with R&D Capabilities
The launch of DHS078-1-500A is backed by Ingiant Technology’s profound R&D accumulation. According to the company’s latest data, Ingiant Technology has an exclusive R&D team of 31 members, accounting for no less than 30% of the total staff. Core members are all from well-known scientific research institutes and leading enterprises in the industry. It has successively overcome a number of key rotary conduction technologies and owned more than 50 various patents.
“In the R&D process, we focused on solving three core problems: material shrinkage, resistance fluctuation and bearing jamming at low temperatures,” said the R&D director of Ingiant Technology. Through thousands of low-temperature environment simulation tests, the team adjusted the thickness of the silver plating layer and the fit gap of ceramic bearings, and finally realized the product’s continuous operation for 72 hours without failure at -196℃, with performance indicators reaching the international advanced level. At present, the company has been approved as municipal and provincial-level technical centers, and has established industry-university-research cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology and other universities to continuously promote the iteration and upgrading of rotary conduction technology.
Production Capacity and Planning: New Base Commissioning Boosts Market Supply
With the growth of market demand for low-temperature slip rings, Ingiant Technology is accelerating its production capacity layout to match market demand. It is reported that the company currently has more than 30,000 square meters of R&D, production and office space, equipped with machining centers and special inspection and testing equipment, and has passed ISO9001 and other three major system certifications, which can meet the mass production needs of high-end slip rings. At the same time, the Phase II Intelligent Manufacturing Base (located in the New City Area of Jiujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone) with a total investment of 300 million RMB and a construction area of about 46,000 square meters is planned to be put into production in March-April 2026. After commissioning, the annual output of slip rings will be expanded to 100,000 sets, with an expected annual total output value of 200-300 million RMB, providing guarantee for the large-scale supply of high-end products such as DHS078-1-500A.
At present, Ingiant Technology has officially launched the listing preparation work and obtained key support from the local government. “In the future, taking the commissioning of the new base as an opportunity, we will further increase R&D investment in low-temperature and high-integration slip rings, and strive to become a leading enterprise in the global rotary conduction field,” said the company’s director. The DHS078-1-500A slip ring has entered the customer sample testing stage, and the first batch of orders will be applied to the low-temperature experimental equipment of an aerospace institute. In the future, it will also expand to superconducting medical care, deep cold processing and other fields, helping the intelligent and localized upgrading of domestic high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
