The slip ring and brush surfaces are hard gold-plated, with Gold-gold contacts ensuring stable product performance and extended service life.
The specially designed V-shaped groove structure of the slip ring maximizes contact area with the brush, reducing torque and contact resistance.
It features 24-color coded wires for easy installation. Widely used in civilian applications such as security systems, stage lighting, automated equipment, consumer-grade smart home devices, and high-speed dome cameras.
It can also be configured with parallel rings to design high-current, high-power cap-type conductive slip rings (e.g., 10A, 20A, 30A), suitable for small wind turbines, induction cookers, rotating dining tables, etc.
